SINGLE-Cell & Spatial core

MOMA single-cell & Spatial core Facility

About

Our Single-Cell and Spatial Core Facility (SSCF) was established in 2022 and is part of the CellX (The Danish Single Cell Examination) infrastructure.

All our services are offered as non-profit for research groups and clinical departments at public institutions.

The MOMA Single-Cell and Spatial Core Facility provides users with single-cell and spatial omics analysis using instruments from Nanostring (now Bruker Spatial Biology) and 10x Genomics. Our team of highly trained personnel offers guidance and advice for sequencing and spatial multi-omics projects.

Technologies available at MOMA SSCF

Services we offer

SSCF provides a custom service to researchers and clinicians based on individual need. The Single-Cell and Spatial team consults with researchers to understand their project specific needs and to provide guidance and assistance for project completion.

Services are fee-for-service based and include assistance in experimental design and staff-operated sample processing. If needed, services can include staining and protocol optimization as well as training in laboratory protocols. Depending on the technology used, assistance and guidance in data analysis can be made available.

Publication Policy

The use of the services provided by the Single-Cell and Spatial Core Facility in publications requires acknowledgement of the facility. A suggested acknowledgement is: We acknowledge the Danish Single-Cell Examination Platform (CellX) for providing access to the [ ] analysis that was performed by the Single-Cell and Spatial Core Facility, Department of Molecular Medicine (MOMA), Aarhus University Hospital, Denmark.
